1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Parlayplug ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, to use Parlayplug. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws of your jurisdiction regarding sports betting.
3. Nature of the Service
Parlayplug provides sports analysis, opinions, and picks for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, and do not guarantee any outcome, profit, or win rate. Past results (including any advertised win rate or track record) do not guarantee future performance. All betting decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. VIP subscription & billing
VIP access is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute VIP content, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Parlayplug is not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from your use of the picks or analysis provided. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
