When you create an account or subscribe to VIP, we collect: your email address and password (managed securely by our authentication provider, Supabase), and payment information processed directly by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: create and manage your account, verify your VIP subscription status, send you transactional emails (password resets, receipts), and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate Parlayplug:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for VIP subscriptions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/spam protection on our login and signup forms.
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls on our database, and CAPTCHA protection on authentication forms — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
